DigiSign FAQ

In order to provide the features and services that you expect, and so that we may
continue to evolve and innovate, we must take meaningful steps to support those
expectations. To that end, we are launching a low-cost subscription rate to continue
expanding features.

Our subscription price is $35 annually. You will see our pricing is significantly lower than many digital signature competitors, yet boasts time-saving integrations making it recognized as a top industry solution.

When your brokerage signed up to use SkySlope for transaction management, we offered
DigiSign as a complimentary service. However, as we’ve continued to invest in improving
DigiSign, it is now necessary to introduce an affordable subscription. DigiSign remains one of the
more economical e-Signature Solutions in the real estate industry.

While you may have heard about the charge, please note that it has not been rolled out to all users at this time. We are currently gathering valuable feedback to ensure the system works smoothly before expanding it to a wider audience. It’s our goal to provide the best possible user experience and make necessary adjustments based on customer feedback. Rest assured that we value your support, and as soon as the paywall becomes available to a broader audience, we will notify you promptly. In the meantime, we encourage you to stay tuned for updates through email and in-app notifications.

To avoid potential disruption, we recommend you subscribe early. You will still be able to use DigiSign until we require a subscription. If you opt out of paying for the DigiSign subscription, your historical data will continue to be accessible.

Yes! To access your previously signed envelopes, select the Completed tab in
DigiSign. If you’re using our Forms platform, you’ll still be able to access your
completed envelopes within the Envelopes section of each Forms File.

Yes! To learn more about rates for your entire brokerage, you can contact your
Customer Success Manager. They will be able to provide additional information
for a brokerage-wide DigiSign subscription plan.
