Launching this summer, SkySlope Pilot is an AI-powered closing cost calculator app that lets agents generate real-time buyer and seller estimates by simply speaking a price and an address. Drawing from the industry’s most trusted data sources, the estimates are designed for client conversations, complete with guided audio walkthroughs available in a growing list of languages. Pilot also generates insights on the advantages and disadvantages of specific calculations, giving them a sharper foundation to navigate client conversations.

The innovation doesn’t stop there.

SkySight, a new iOS app, gives brokers a clearer window into how their business is performing, tracking agent and office metrics and delivering weekly AI-powered podcast briefings they can consume anywhere. The episodes go beyond scorecards: they surface what’s gaining traction, flag areas that warrant attention, and offer the kind of specific context that moves a broker from informed to decisive.

Along with other notable launches this year — including Ayce, an AI-powered coaching app that helps agents translate goals into action— the full breadth of SkySlope’s innovation reflects a single, consistent focus: removing friction at every layer of the transaction.
