The SkySlope App, formerly known as the Forms Mobile App, offers users enhanced transaction management capabilities.
Today, SkySlope is launching a redesigned iOS app that combines the SkySlope Forms app with key SkySlope Suite transaction management features, allowing users to manage real estate transactions from their mobile devices. Users can now update transaction Checklists, upload documents, leave comments, and more.
In addition to the new SkySlope Suite features, the previous SkySlope Forms app’s capabilities have not changed. Users will still have access to their Forms libraries, allowing them to select and complete forms on the go. Equipped with auto-populating data fields that pull information directly from the MLS, and embedded e-signature, users can continue to effortlessly prepare and send real estate forms for signature within the app.

The new app launches at a critical moment in real estate when new NAR regulations are increasing agents’ administrative tasks. It allows agents to complete required forms like Buyer Agreements digitally from anywhere, helping them stay agile and compliant.
Additionally, the app helps admins and brokers by reducing the need to track down paperwork. With real-time syncing, the app allows for immediate review, audit, and approval or rejection of contracts and forms, boosting operational efficiency.
For agents in California and North Carolina, the SkySlope app will continue to offer voice assistance for creating offers and completing Buyer and Broker Compensation Agreements hands-free.
