Coming Soon: More Flexible Ways to Manage Earnest Money — You can now return, transfer, or allocate earnest money funds directly from your trust. With no workarounds required and a clear, auditable trail, it’s a simpler way to stay compliant and save time.

Improved SkySlope Syncing — Agents created in SkySlope now automatically appear in Books, removing the need to set up users twice.


Enhanced Data Syncing with APIs — Reduce manual work and keep everything in perfect sync with new APIs that let you move accounting data from Books to QuickBooks and other software seamlessly.

 

Transfer Memos — Simplify audits and boost transparency with built-in comments on transfers.


Deal Splits Made Simpler — You can now split deal money between agents more accurately, including setting caps on each person’s share automatically.

 

Better Agent GCI Tracking — We now total an agent’s commission across all deals and allow you to view year-to-date earnings on paystubs and trade sheets, with calculations based on calendar year or anniversary date.
