We are excited to announce a significant update coming in 2021!
This past year we have been hard at work writing code and conscientiously designing a brand new DigiSign experience. We are thrilled to give you a sneak peek into all the new features and updates you’ll soon experience.
First, we built SkySlope DigiSign to be sleeker, more flexible, and easier to use. With a clean and simple design, we’ve enhanced the envelope experience with straightforward navigation and a user-friendly interface. We’ve added tabs and filters, in addition to the search field, so you can accurately locate your envelopes quickly.
When preparing a document for signature, you’ll notice enhanced functionality including strike-through, checkbox groups, align options, select multiple objects, and copy and paste. Color-coded signature blocks give instant visibility to ensure all signing parties are included. And this is just what we’ve done on the form preparation side!
Signers will also have a robust experience with straightforward instructions, assorted signature options, including the ability to draw your own, and a simple click-through workflow to accelerate the document signing process. DigiSign is also completely mobile with optimized navigation and mobile-friendly fields. Now your clients can sign anything from anywhere at any time. Convenient, right?
As with all our SkySlope products, we are vigilant when it comes to security. SkySlope DigiSign will continue to protect your confidential information with industry-leading encryption and security, including using Federal Information Processing Standard 140-2 Level 2 hardware security for storing asymmetric keys and complying with the National Institute of Standards and Technology guidelines for approved encryption algorithms (AES 256). That’s some seriously legit security!
And just like the current DigiSign, signed documents will integrate into SkySlope, but with the new update, DigiSign will split your documents automatically. Talk about time-saving!
Over the past several months, we have launched the new DigiSign in tandem with SkySlope Forms, and now we are ready to unveil it to the world.
Starting in January 2021, we will begin rolling DigiSign out to SkySlope accounts. No need to worry; your signed envelopes will transfer over so you’ll have access to all your data, and you’ll be on your way to a new and improved digital signature platform.
